The High Commissioner was summoned over unprovoked fighting on LOC and Working Boundary

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Indian High Commissioner was summoned twice to Foreign Office (FO) on Friday over unprovoked fighting on Line of Control (LOC) and Working Boundary, reported Dunya News.

According to Spokesperson FO, Indian High Commissioner was summoned twice in order to register protest over unprovoked firing in two sectors.

The Indian High Commissoner was told that India is violating the cease fire agreement by opening unprovoked firing along the border.

It is pertinent to mention here that Indian forces on Friday opened unprovoked fire in Naiza Pir sector of Rawalakot claiming a woman s life and injuring three.

The forces opened fire twice on Independence Day and destroyed a house. The three injured people have been shifted to hospital for treatment. Pakistani forces reciprocated the fire until exchange halted.
