JUI-F decides to not withdraw resolution against PTI

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazl (JUI-F) on Wednesday has decided to not withdraw resolution against Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI).

JUI-F chief Fazlur Rehman said that PTI members resignations would not wreak havoc and the country should be run according to the Constitution of Pakistan. The party reached the decision in a meeting chaired by Fazlur Rehman.

The party leadership will inform the Prime Minister (PM) about the decision today. While talking to the media before meeting, he said that PTI members do not have any self-respect. He said that first they abused parties and leaders and then they received salaries and sat in the Parliament.

The party has maintained its stance saying that PTI members have lost their seats as they remained absent for at least 40 days from the sessions.

The party meeting was attended by Ghafoor Haidri, Naeema Kishore, Asia Nasir, Ataur Rehman and others.
