SCs full bench sought record in next hearing.

LAHORE (Dunya News) – A three-member bench of Supreme Court Lahore registry halted a blasphemy convict Asia Bibi’s execution today (Wednesday), Dunya News reported.

Justice Mian Saqib Nisar heard the case during which, the accuser’s counsel Saif-ul-Malook told the court that his client was accused of committing blasphemy and was sentenced to death penalty by trial court in 2009. He said all the allegations against Asia Bibi are baseless as she is innocent.
