More than 30 heatstroke patients rushed to hospitals in Peshawar
Emergency has been declared at all the hospitals on the provincial government's directives.
PESHAWAR (Web Desk) – More than thirty heatstroke patients were shifted to hospitals in last two days as temperature reached 42 degree Celsius in Peshawar, Dunya News reported.
The patients were moved to Hayatabad Medical Complex, Khyber Teaching Hospital and Lady Reading Hospital. Most of them have been discharged after the treatment.
Emergency has been declared at all the hospitals on the provincial government s directives. Additional beds have been placed in various wards of the government hospitals while staff members have been directed to remain present on their duties.
