Karachi: Gang war accused killed in police encounter
A gang war accused, belonging to Baba Ladla group, was killed in police encounter in Chakiwara area.
KARACHI (Dunya News) – According to detail, terrorists opened fire at polive party when it entered Chakiwara area of Lyari during a targeted operation on night between Sunday and Monday.
Police returned the fire as a result gang war accused Allan of Baba Ladla group was killed while two other accused were arrested in injured condition.
According to SSP city, Fida Hussain, the deceased gang war accused was wanted by police and dozens of cases of murders, attempted murders and extortion.
On the other hand, police conducted search operations in Gulberg and Musa Colony areas on a tip-off and arrested at least 40 suspects.
According to SSP central, Chaudhry Asad, the arrested suspects are being interrogated.
