Petition seeking SSP Rao Anwar's name in ECL filed in SHC
The petitioner demands off the SHC to include Anwar in the Exit Control List (ECL)
KARACHI (Dunya News) – A petition on Monday has been forwarded in the Sindh High Court (SHC) against Malir former Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Rao Anwar regarding alleged murders in fake police encounters.
According to the petitioner, Anwar had killed more than 50 people in the past six months in fake police operations. The petition urges the court to suspend Anwar and hold inquiry over the matter.
The petitioner also demands off the SHC to include Anwar in the Exit Control List (ECL) and hold inquiry of the press conference about Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM).
