Donkey meat recovered after raids in Lahore, 3 arrested
The police raided the facility upon a citizen's complaint
LAHORE (Daily Dunya) – The police in provincial capital Lahore raided a facility upon a complaint by a citizen and recovered a huge amount of donkey meat and slaughtered donkeys. The police took at least three men into custody.
Reportedly, a case has been registered against the accused. According to the details, the police caught the accused red handed while preparing the meat to be sold in the markets at a facility in Shalimar area near Sheller Chowk.
The police apprehended the man working at the facility and upon investigation, the accused pointed towards two other suspects working in the business who have also been arrested.
