Ghazi Rasheed murder case: Musharraf files permanent exemption plea in IHC

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Former President Pervez Musharraf has filed a petition in Islamabad High Court (IHC) regarding permanent exemption from appearance in Ghazi Rasheed murder case, Dunya News reported on Monday.

According to details, the hearing was headed by District and Session judge Wajid Ali Khan.

Musharraf’s lawyer Malik Tahir filed the petition and stated that his client cannot travel as per his medical report therefore; he should be given exemption from appearance.

The plaintiff’s lawyer Tariq Asad argued that if Pervez Musharraf can appear in a TV program, then he can also attend the court.
