KP assembly passed resolution to hold election under supervision of judiciary, ECP rejects demand
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) rejected the demand of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) to hold by-elections under the supervision of judiciary on Wednesday.
KP assembly passed a resolution to hold by-elections under the supervision of judiciary but ECP rejected the demand by saying that according to the judicial policy and KP local body laws, there is no possibility of approving such a demand.
