IHC orders to file FIR against North Waziristan drone strike
The petition was filed by the resident of North Waziristan Karim Khan.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Tuesday has directed the Inspector General of Police (IG) to file an FIR against the drone attack in North Waziristan, Dunya News reported.
Asn per details, Justice Shaukat Aziz Siddiqui conducted the hearing of the case and ordered to name Central Intelligence Agency CIA Station Chief as guilty in the FIR.
The petition was filed by the resident of North Waziristan Karim Khan who lost his son and brother in December 31, 2009 drone attack.
