IntelCenter's CTI ranks Pakistan eighth most dangerous country

Neighbouring Afghanistan ranks fifth on the CTI scale with 186 points

LAHORE (Dunya News) – Pakistan ranks the eighth most dangerous country in the world according to the IntelCenter’s list of top 10 as of March 8 2015.

Country Threat Index (CTI) analyses the messaging traffic, photos, videos, incidents, rebel alerts, people killed and injured in the last month along with other variables in the past month to determine the extent of danger in any country.

Neighbouring Afghanistan ranks fifth on the CTI scale with 186 points while Pakistan maintains at 122.

Due to the recent situation in Iraq and Syria, the Middle East has been reported as the most dangerous with both the countries positioning at No 1 and No 2 respectively.

The ranking goes as:

2- Syria
3- Nigeria
4- Somalia
5- Afghanistan
6- Libya
7- Yemen
8- Pakistan
9- Ukraine
10- Egypt
