Russian journalist Maria Golovnina suffocated to death: Post-mortem report
Bruise marks were found on the journalist's hands, feet, lips and fingers according to the report.
ISLAMANAD (Dunya news) – The inconclusive post mortem report of Maria Golovnina issued to the Islamabad police by Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS) on Thursday has stated that the Russian journalist suffocated to death.
Bruise marks were found on the journalist’s hands, feet, lips and fingers according to the report. Three marks were also found on the right side of her neck.
The report further suggests that Golovnina was already dead when she was shifted to the hospital. The report states that the actual cause of death can only be determined after the chemical examination report is formed.
