Dunya News reporter survives gun attack in Karachi
The incident took place in Gulistan-e-Jauhar area of Karachi on Wednesday night.
KARACHI (Dunya News) – Unidentified gunmen opened fire on Dunya News reporter Munawar Alam s car in Gulistan-e-Jauhar area of the metropolis on Wednesday night.
A bullet smashed through rear window of the car and hit the dashboard, however, Munawar Alam remained safe in the attack.
As per details, he was returning home after performing his duty when unknown suspects opened fire on his vehicle. The attackers managed to escape from the scene.
Later, a case was registered at Shara-e-Faisal Police Station and police have launched investigation into the incident to nab the culprits.
It may be mentioned here that the courageous reporter has played key role in exposing criminal activities across the city.
Dunya News team was previously attacked by the criminals as well but the battle to reveal the truth will continue despite all odds.
