Lahore Metro Bus Project costs Rs 2 billion per month, says Khan

LAHORE (Dunya News) – Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman Imran Khan on Thursday has given directives to the PTI workers and enthusiasts to reach Islamabad for the November 30 rally.

He expressed these views while addressing a seminar of PTI members and workers in Lahore.

He said that the workers should reach D Chowk Islamabad on November 28 and stay there for two days until the rally.

Khan said that he would also stay at D Chowk from November 28 until the rally.

Separately, while addressing the participants of a seminar of Pakistan Medical Association for the National Health Policy and the vision of the political parties for it, Khan said that the government formed Lahore Metro Bus Project which cost around Rs 40 billion and its maintenance cost is Rs 2 billion every month.

He further said that they would make such policies for ‘new Pakistan’ which would steer the impoverished people of the country to better living standards.
