Imran Khan ordered to present witnesses in NA-122 case on Nov 29
Both the parties would be allowed to bring along ten people on the hearing date, says Justice Malik
LAHORE (Dunya News) – Justice Kazim Malik on Monday has ordered Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman Imran Khan to present all witnesses in the constituency NA-122 case of Lahore on November 29.
Justice Malik said that PTI would not be allowed time to present witnesses and the case would not be delayed.
He also said that Khan can submit his statement on November 29 if he wants to.
Justice Malik said that if the counsels of the parties ask for a next date then they would have to pay a fine.
He urged counsels of both the parties to come fully prepared.
He also said that special passes would be given for the hearing and that both the parties would be allowed to bring along ten persons including their counsels.
