The national airlines' air-hostess will be deported from London by the first available flight

LONDON, KARACHI, ISLAMABAD: (Dunya News) – Pakistan International Airline (PIA) air-hostess was caught at the London Airport today (Sunday) for traveling on an expired passport. The air-hostess will be deported from London by the first available flight, Dunya News reported.

In Islamabad, passengers protested against poor quality food. And in Karachi, an airline barely managed to avoid catching fire.

PIA flight PK-785 arrived in London from Islamabad. Air-hostess Shazia Rehman was arrested by British Aviation for traveling with an expired passport. She will be deported to Pakistan from the first available flight.

According to sources, it was astonishing that the passport wasn’t checked at the Islamabad Airport. British Aviation also fined the air-hostess 2000 pounds. PIA staff was issued a warning by the British Aviation for not checking the passport in Islamabad.

On the other hand, expired food was provided in PK-702 that was going from Islamabad to Manchester. Passengers recorded their protest for this food.

In Karachi, tug master was pulling a PIA jet to terminal building when the plane caught fire due to short-circuit. However, tug master continued pulling the plane despite the threat of entire plane catching fire. Civil Aviation’s fire-brigade took 20 minutes to reach the plane and extinguished the fire. So, PIA flight barely escaped from catching fire.
