Karachi shooting: Rangers kill most wanted Qari Abdur Raheem
Police have also killed five more criminals and detained three extortionists.
KARACHI (Dunya News) – At least five suspects including ‘most wanted’ key leader Qari Abdur Raheem and operatives of gang war died today (Thursday) whereas three extortionists were detained in separate operations by police and Rangers in the troubled metropolis.
Rangers took operation in the area of Gulshan Boneer and killed main leader Qari Abdur Raheem of banned outfit. According to police, the suspect was involved in various criminal activities including target killing and bomb blasts.
On the other hand, during an encounter, two gangsters belong to Baba Ladla Group have been killed by police and Rangers at Mehmood Shah Road and Chakiwara. The suspects were wanted for many extortion cases.
Also, an exchange of firing took place in Napier in which police killed one suspect and detained another one in a critical state whereas one more criminal who was accused to be involved in various incidents of robbery killed by police in Steel Town, however, his second partner managed to escape.
Moreover, during a search operation in industrial area, Rangers held three extortionists named as Amir, Tahir and Sadam.
