PPP's Murad Ali Shah submits nomination papers for PS-73 by-polls

Syed Murad Ali Shah is strong candidate for the post of Sindh Chief Minister.

KARACHI (Web Desk) – Pakistan Peoples Party s (PPP) Murad Ali Shah on Saturday submitted his nomination papers to contest by-elections in PS-73 constituency, Dunya News reported.

Syed Murad Ali Shah resigned from the post of adviser to Sindh chief minister on Friday to contest by-elections.

The PS-73 seat fell vacant after MPA Syed Abdul Nabi Shah resigned as a member of the Sindh Assembly earlier this month. Abdul Nabi Shah is relative of Murad Ali Shah.

According to sources, Syed Murad Ali Shah is strong candidate for the post of Sindh Chief Minister. He also gave up dual-citizenship to contest the by-polls.
