Edhi Center Robbery: Efforts speed up to catch 8-member gang
An employee at Edhi Head Office recognized an employee involved in robbery
KARACHI: (Dunya News) – Activities have been accelerated to catch the 9-member gang involved in the robbery at Edhi Center Karachi. According to the reports, an employee working at the Edhi Head Office has recognized an employee who was involved in the robbery.
According to the sources, the robbers had been released on bail only one month ago. Sources claim that the accused have been identified through finger-prints verification and geo-fencing. All the robbers remained in contact with one of the members during the robbery who kept indicating the lockers.
Additional IG Karachi Ghulam Qadir Thebo has said that the efforts to arrest the robbers are being carried out while famous social worker Abdul Sattar Edhi has said that the police has assured him of efforts.
