Javed Hashmi is 'spotted', not 'rebel': Shah Mehmood

KARACHI (Dunya News) – Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) vice chairman Shah Mehmood Qureshi on Sunday said that the nation will never forgive those who backstabbed PTI chief Imran Khan, adding that he asks the whole Karachi whether PTI’s defunct president Javed Hashmi is a ‘rebel’ or a ‘spotted’ individual, Dunya News reported.
Addressing the PTI rally in Karachi, Qureshi said that Karachi’s awakening is akin to Pakistan’s awakening.
He invited Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif’s cabinet to come and count how many have participated in the rally.
While telling the workers to prepare, Qureshi said the ‘tsunami’ is advancing to interior Sindh.
He said that the people of Sindh and disassociating with Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) because they are fed up of the poor performance and injustice at the hands of the rulers.
PTI vice chairman said that PPP is no longer a party of Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto, adding that it has become a party of ‘zar’, literally money, and Zardari.
He said PPP founder Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto had intellectuals by his side, alleging that Zardari only has property dealers by his side.
He said the people of Sindh are with Imran Khan. Qureshi said that the nation will never forgive those who backstabbed Imran Khan.
