Operation against terrorists would continue in the city, Sharjeel Memon said.
KARACHI (Web Desk) – Sindh Information Minister Sharjeel Memon on Tuesday said that firing near ASF academy is not a major incident. Terrorists only opened aerial fire and fled from the scene.
Talking to Dunya News, the provincial information minister said a meeting regarding law and order situation in the city was underway when the attack happened.
He directed Sindh DG Rangers and IG Sindh to immediately reach the site.
Sharjeel Memon also criticised Federal Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar, claiming that the minister only visited Karachi airport yesterday for a photo session.
He said targeted operation is underway in the city to eliminate criminals and terrorists.
