ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) Islamabad High Court directed the DG ISI to appear in the court in person in Mohammed Arif missing person case.

Is there anything known as law or constitution, asked the court while setting aside the plea of standing council for more time.

Justice Riaz Ahmed of the Islamabad High Court heard the case regarding on Mohammed Arif who was missing for the last one year. Arif was picked up along with three persons from Khushab.

Two persons came back to homes but Arif is still waited by his family.

Released persons allege they were picked up by the ISI. The court said if Arif was not in the custody of the agency, the DG ISI must submit an affidavit in this regard. The attorney for the agency asked for 45 days time to submit the answer, which was rejected by the learned court. The court ordered the DG ISI to submit answer in person and put off the hearing for one week.
