Three Indian soldiers killed as Pak forces retaliate shelling

Pakistani forces gave a befitting reply after Indian army launched recurrent attacks across LoC.


RAWALPINDI: According to sources three Indian soldiers were killed Monday in a retaliatory attack in Kerala Sector of Azad Kahsmir.

Reports say Indian forces suffered heavy losses in exchange of firing with Pakistan army that continued for two hours in Kerala sector.

On Sunday Indian forces indulged in unprovoked shelling in Nakyal Sector that killed one Pakistani soldier and injured one woman.

Indian forces have been indulging in continual violations of LoC ceasefire for the past one week in different sectors near the Line of Control.

According to Assistant Commissioner Nakyal Muhammad Ayub Khan, India resorted to unprovoked firing and mortar shelling in Nakyal sector.

A woman was killed and minor girl injured when a mortar shell hit a house in Datot area.

A civilian was also martyred in Indian firing in Pir Kalanjar of Nakyal sector on Sunday.

Pakistani border security forces retaliating with full force gave a befitting reply to the occupational Indian forces deployed on the Line of Control (LoC) in Indian Held Kashmir.

Sources said one of the shells fired by Indian artillery from across the international border landed on a house in Lanjot village.

On Saturday evening, the India troops also violated ceasefire at LoC and opened unprovoked fire in Tarkandi, Datot, Kalar, Gala and Charani areas.


Blatant violations of the ceasefire by Indian forces continued at the Line of Control (LoC), killing a soldier and wounding a woman at different places on Saturday.

According to details gathered so far, a sepoy was killed by intense Indian gunfire backed by heavy shelling in the Kahuta Kallar area, while a woman was injured in the Poonch sector. Pakistan forces retaliated instantly after which the Indian guns became silent.
