LAHORE: (Daily Dunya) – Film star Ahmed Butt has on Saturday said that his wife, and famous singer, Humaira Arshad filed a bogus case against him of kidnapping his own son. He has said that he doesn’t want to divorce Humaira Arshad because he wants to keep this relationship for the good future of their son, reported Daily Dunya.
Talking to media in Lahore Press Club, Ahmed Butt said that the allegation on him for demanding 30 million rupees was a mere allegation. He said that he never resorted to violence.
Responding to a question, Ahmed Butt said that he took Rs. 2 million in exchange of a flat and still has to receive Rs. 1 million. “My son is an American national and that is why Humaira took him away from me”, he said.
Ahmed said that Humaira Arshad and a person named Sakhi Sarwar are 50% partners in all the properties. “This is quite remarkable”, he said. “She started to hurl accusations at me when I objected to this”, he added.
