Tania murder case: Four people arrested for providing shelter to suspects

SEHWAN (Dunya News) – Security officers on Friday have arrested as many as four people from Jamshoro for providing shelter to the suspects involved in Tania Khaskheli murder case.

The detainees include Nazeer Solungi, Nadeem Sheikh, Baqir Sheikh and Nadir Nohani.

On the other hand, Joint Investigation Team (JIT), formed by Sindh High Court (SHC), has summoned victim’s relatives on Saturday to record their statements for which AIG Aftab Pathan has assured fool-proof security to the witnesses.

Earlier, key suspect Khan Nohani in Tania Khaskheli murder case was apprehended from Balochistan while operation is underway to nab the other unidentified criminal.

On September 7, class-X student Tania Khaskheli was shot dead in her home in Jhangar Baajara for turning down a marriage proposal. The mishap sparked protests by civil society organisations and nationalist parties in Hyderabad.
