Former Chairman PCB said that structure of cricket in Pakistan was being ruined for last 15 years

FAISALABAD: (Dunya News) – Former Chairman Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Najam Sethi on Saturday has said that it will take eight years to correct the condition of Pakistan cricket. He said that the structure of the game was being ruined for the last fifteen years in the country and would take eight more years to be back on track, reported Dunya News.

Talking to the media at a private hotel, Najam Sethi said that cricket was being ruined in the country since 2000 and there was no hope for improvement either. He went even further by saying that Pakistan would hardly stand a chance in the next two world cup events.

Najam Sethi’s statement that cricket would take eight years to be back on track might have disappointed the cricket fans in the country but the members of his team must have felt good upon hearing that they might continue their ‘innings’ for the next eight years to come.
