ICC presidentship: Najam Sethi likely to be nominated

LAHORE (Dunya News) – Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) is likely to nominate Najam Sethi for presidentship of International Cricket Council (ICC) in the session of the Board of Governors (BoGs) being held in Lahore today.

Session will also bring the issues including Pakistan’s recent defeat and the matter of holding dual offices under argument. The meeting would also consider names to be nominated for ICC’s next president and Najam Sethi’s name is said to be favorite.

The matter of holding dual offices will come under discussion in regard to Moin Khan holding the office of chief selector and manager at the same time.

Subject of new chairperson for Women Cricket Wing would also be considered.
