T20 captaincy challenge for me: Shahid Afridi
Youngsters have a golden opportunity to prove themselves, says Pakistan captain
KARACHI: (Dunya News, Web Desk) – Pakistan National team captain for T20 Cricket format Shahid Khan Afridi has said that T20 captaincy is a challenge for him. He said that captaining Pakistan is always an honour for any player.
Talking to media today (Saturday) in Karachi, star Pakistani all-rounder Shahid Afridi said that National T20 tournament is important for him. “I shall try my best to perform in this event”, said Afridi. He said that this tournament is a golden opportunity for youngsters to prove themselves and they must perform well here to earn themselves a chance in the national side.
Shahid Afridi was made Pakistan captain for T20 format on September 16 by Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB).
