SRI NAGAR (Dunya News) – Kashmir freedom leaders Syed Ali Geelani and Mirwaiz Umer Farooq have once again been arrested for trying to march towards Mazar-e-Shohda (martyrs’ shrine) on occasion of death anniversary of former leader Sheikh Aziz, Dunya News reported.

According to details, the Indian military’s reign of terror continues in the Indian occupied Kashmir as they once again took the freedom leaders Geelani and Mirwaiz into custody.

Aziz embraced martyrdom when he was shot dead by Indian forces during a demonstration in 2008. Meanwhile, the Indian forces have sealed roads leading to the shrine in a bid to fail the march.

The forces also barred Muslims from offering Zauhar prayer at Ali mosque due to which the Kashmiris offered their prayers on roads.
