JAKARTA (Web Desk) – A 10-year-old Indonesian boy is dubbed as the world’s fattest one.

Arya Permana (pictured with his mother), named the world s fattest child, weighs an eye-watering 192 kilograms and has been forced to wear just a sarong as normal clothes do not fit him

The boy named Arya Permana weighs 192 kilograms and is classified as being morbidly obese.

He has been put on a crash diet over fears that he may die if his condition persist.

His parents are unable to find clothes for him due to which he is reduced to wearing just a sarong as normal clothes do not fit him.

Arya eats five meals a day, including rice and beef dishes, and has stopped attending school as he cannot walk.

Arya’s parents have decided to limit the amount the ten-year-old eats per day

His mother said Arya constantly complains of shortness of breath and he has now been put on a diet of brown rice.
