Pakistan ready to welcome Ronaldinho: Army spokesperson
The international star will visit Pakistan along with his team from 6th to 8th July.
(Web Desk) – In an attempt to bring international stars back in Pakistan, Leisure League PK has worked tirelessly, trying to lure world renowned football stars to Pakistan. Almost a year ago, the league announced that FIFA’s former best player in the world, Ronaldinho Gaucho, had agreed to visit Pakistan along with his team to play football friendlies in Pakistan.
Most recently, DG ISPR, Major General Asif Ghafoor, confirmed via a tweet that Ronaldinho and his team would finally visit Pakistan for a total of three days from 6th to 8th July. He further said that Pakistan is a peace loving country and all of the fans are ready to welcome the international superstar and his entire team.

Ronaldinho will be accompanied by a total of 7 other players with this team scheduled to play football matches in Karachi and Lahore. According to reports, Pakistan’s Chief Of Army Staff (COAS), Qamar Javed Bajwa will also have a meeting with Ronaldinho and his team.
The Leasure League PK has also announced that other players including the likes of former Chelsea Captain, John Terry are expected to visit the country in July in an attempt to revive football in Pakistan.
