SHC grants protective bail to CEO K-Electric in electrocution death case
SHC has approved protective bail of CEO K-Electric for seven days against surety bonds of Rs 50,000.
KARACHI (Dunya News) - Sindh High Court (SHC) on Wednesday granted protective bail to Chief Executive Officer of the K-Electric Moonis Alvi in two cases related to deaths caused by electrocution in Karachi, Dunya News reported.
According to sources, the SHC has approved protective bail for seven days against surety bonds of Rs 50,000.
The court also granted protective bail to KE Chief Distribution Officer Amer Zia. Sources said that the court directed both the officers to cooperate with the trial court.
