RAWALPINDI (Dunya News) – A prime suspect of an international child porn ring that played live videos of child pornography from Rawat, a village and union council of Murree, was arrested by police on Tuesday on the charges of child rape and pornography.
The suspect has confessed to physically abusing 30 children in Pakistan, and uploading their videos on the ‘Dark Web’.
Sources familiar with the matter told the media that prime suspect Sohail Ayaz had served jail in the United Kingdom after being convicted in the same crime.
The police have arrested him following a complaint filed by a 13-year-old child Hamza’s mother. Ayaz had physically abused Hamza and captured his videos.
Later, the UK government had deported him. Ayaz had also faced trials in child abuse cases in courts of Italy. The suspect had been using Dark Web to show live videos of child pornography.
