Empty ballot boxes found in Khawaja Asifs constituency
The recovered ballot boxes bear the logo of Election Commission of Pakistan.
SIALKOT (Dunya News) – Some unidentified persons threw away empty ballot boxes at the bank of Nullah Bhaid in PML-N leader Khawaja Asif constituency NA-73 on Friday night and escaped away, Dunya News reported.
According to details, the recovered ballot boxes bear the logo of Election Commission of Pakistan while the number of constituency and polling station has been erased. One of the ballot boxes bearing the seal number 0727830.
The ballot boxes were recovered from the bank of Nullah Bhaid near Khawaja Safdar Road. According to DPO Sialkot, legal action would be taken according to the directive of the Election Commission.
