Committee formed to probe fire in BRT bus in Peshawar

PESHAWAR (Dunya News) - Fire erupted in a bus of the Peshawar Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) at the Hayatabad terminal on Wednesday, Dunya News reported.
Fire fighters and vehicles of Rescue 1122 teams reached the spot and brought the fire under control. Rescue sources said that the cause of fire is not yet known.
On the other hand, Special Assistant on Information Kamran Bangash has said that an inquiry committee has been set up to investigate the incident.
He also informed that no casualties were reported from the blaze as all the passengers were rescued safely after the bus caught fire. He also said that the blaze was doused within three minutes.
