Eight killed as coach collides with trailer in Dadu
At least 8 people were killed and 32 were injured in collision between a coach and trailer in Dadu.
DADU (Dunya News) - At least eight people were killed and 32 others sustained injuries when a passenger coach collided with a trailer loaded with rice at the Indus Highway near Makhdoon Bilawal area of Dadu on Wednesday, Dunya News reported.
According to details, the passenger coach going to Karachi from Larkana hit a trailer from behind near Makhdoon Bilawal area of Dadu, killing eight people on the spot and wounding 32 others.
Police and rescue teams reached the spot after being informed and shifted dead and injured to Civil Hospital Dadu. Rescue sources said that women and children were among the injured.
Rescue sources further informed that seven critically injured person were shifted to hospitals in Nawabshah and Hyderabad. Police said that the driver of the coach managed to escape from the scene after the accident.
