At least 52, 000 complaints received under PCP system in one day: Fawad
Fawad Chaudhry informed that PCP has the capacity to receive 342,000 complaints per minute.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - Minister for Information and Broadcasting Chaudhry Fawad Hussain said on Tuesday that at least 52,000 complaints had been received under Pakistan Citizens’ Portal (PCP) system in one day.
This he stated while talking in Dunya News programme “Dunya Kamran Khan Kay Sath”. He said that around 14,000 complaints received so far are related to cleanliness.
Fawad Chaudhry further informed that Pakistan Citizens’ Portal has the capacity to receive 342,000 complaints per minute while the number of people who got registered on day one was 150,000.
He further said the complaints would automatically reach the heads of relevant departments who would take appropriate step to address the matter. He said that over 3,000 federal and provincial departments are linked with the portal
