Four injured as two students groups clash in Faisalabad

Police reached the spot after the incident and shifted the injured students of Civil Hospital.

FAISALABAD (Dunya News) – At least four students were wounded in clash between members of two rival students organizations in Faisalabad on late Tuesday night, Dunya News reported.

According to details, students of two rival organizations clashed at the hostel of Agriculture University, Faisalabad during which both groups attacked each other with sticks and rods which resulted in injuries to four students.

Police from Civil Lines Police Station reached the spot after the incident and shifted the injured students of Civil Hospital. Police sources said that action would be taken against those students involved in the clash.

Meanwhile, the universities authorities have announced to handover the matter to the disciplinary committee to take action against the students involved in the incident.
