Nawaz Sharif, Maryam reach Abu Dhabi
Sharif and his daughter will make a brief stay in Abu Dhabi for seven hours.
LAHORE (Dunya News) - Former prime minister and Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) supremo Nawaz Sharif and his daughter Maryam Nawaz have reached Abu Dhabi airport early Friday.
Sharif and his daughter will make a brief stay in Abu Dhabi for seven hours will reach Lahore Friday evening at 7pm.
On the other hand 3-member team of National Accountability Bureau (NAB) has also reached Abu Dhabi to arrest Nawaz and Maryam.
NAB team will keep Nawaz and Maryam in Adiala Jail for one day and then will shift tem to Attock Fort.
As per details garnered, National Accountability Bureau (NAB) team headed by Amjad Ali comprising 16 members including police women, is handed over the responsibility to arrest Nawaz and Maryam.
The arrangements for the shifting of the Avenfield reference convicts to Adiala jail through helicopter have been completed, while a letter has also been dispatched to accountability court (AC) judge Muhammad Bashir to reach Adiala jail on July 13.
Maryam Nawaz left for Pakistan at about 1am tonight on a private airline flight EY-0018.

Last Friday, an accountability court in Pakistan sentenced Nawaz Sharif to 10 years, his daughter Maryam to seven years and son-in-law, Muhammad Safdar to one-year imprisonment in a corruption case named Avenfield Apartment reference.
The sentences, delivered in absentia, against Nawaz Sharif and his daughter who is widely seen as his political heir, have dealt a blow to their Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) party. Since then, rumors have been doing the rounds in Islamabad’s power corridors suggesting the duo wouldn’t come back to avoid arrest.
