LAHORE (Dunya News) – Former foreign minister Khawaja Asif on Thursday while announcing to challenge the Islamabad High Court’s (IHC) verdict of disqualifying him in Iqama case said that he hoped to get justice from the court.

Talking to a private news channel on Thursday, he said that he reserves the right to challenge verdict of the IHC.

“I have not concealed anything,” he said and added he had declared all his assets and paid taxes, he added.

Asif said that his wife has an account in New York and which had already been declared. “I also have a bank account in Dubai since 1983 which was also declared,” he said.

The former minister said that he will challenege his disqualification but if top court upheld IHC’s decision, any other worker of the PML-N supremo Nawaz Sharif would contest election.
