IHC releases 35-page verdict in Khawaja Asif disqualification case
Islamabad High Court has disqualified Khawaja Asif for life under Article 62 (1) (f).
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - Islamabad High Court (IHC) has disqualified Foreign Minister Khawaja Muhammad Asif in Iqama case.
Three member bench of the court headed by Justice Athar Minallah announced the reserved judgement.
On 10th of this month, the larger bench had reserved the verdict on the petition filed by PTI’s Usman Dar.
