'Go Shehla Go' chanted in Sindh Assembly for rejecting adjournment motion

Opposition tore off the copies of motion and staged walk out.

KARACHI (Dunya News) – The opposition on Thursday staged protest in Sindh Assembly for rejecting adjournment motion regarding transfer of 25 newly-appointed doctors in Thar to Karachi and Hyderabad.

During the session, leader Nusrat Sehar Abbasi submitted the motion which was abruptly opposed by Nisar Khuhro who further said that no transfers have been made.

Deputy Speaker Shehla Raza dismissed the motion after voting, causing the rumpus in the assembly.

The opposition started chanting ‘Go Shehla Go’ slogans in front of deputy speaker’s dais. They also tore off the copies of motion and staged walk out.
