ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Minister of State for Power Abid Sher Ali on Monday has said that 22 crore people will decide the political future of Pakistan.

Lashing out at opposition parties, Abid Sher Ali termed Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Co-chairman Asif Ali Zardari as ‘biggest thief’ and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chief Imran Khan as ‘small thief’.

He also declared PPP leader Faryal Talpur as head of corruption.

Abid Sher Ali said that Dr Asim was allowed to travel abroad but ex-prime minister Nawaz Sharif and his daughter Maryam Nawaz were not given exemption to meet ailing Begum Kulsoom Nawaz in London.

My leadership will never run away from the country, he asserted.

The minister further bashed Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Chief Minister (CM) Pervez Khattak over his involvement in corruption as in Punjab, the metro bus project was constructed in 27 million while in KP, the cost is being estimated as 57 million.

He further demanded National Accountability Bureau (NAB) to investigate projects in Peshawar as well.
