Student groups clash in PU, vandalise electrical engineering department
During the strife, many cars were also damaged as their window panes were broken.
LAHORE (Dunya News) - Students vandalized Punjab University’s Electrical Engineering Department on Monday in a clash between two groups.
According to the university’s administration, a student group was preparing for pioneer festival in the engineering department when the second one attacked them late night and set a room on fire.
During the strife, many cars were also damaged as their window panes were broken by the students.
Police arrived at the scene on receiving information of the incident. They disseminated the students and controlled the situation.

On the other hand, vice-chancellor of PU has taken notice of the clash. The administration has barred unrelated individuals and media personnel from entering the university premises.
