Fire at towel factory in New Karachi doused

KARACHI (Dunya News) – At least four fire tenders doused the massive fire that broke out at a towel factory near Saba Cinema in New Karachi on early today (Friday).
According to the workers, the blaze was erupted at night as when they arrived at the factory, it has already gutted half part of the three-storey building.
The rescue officials said that cloth worth millions of rupees has been turned into ashes due to the fire.
However, no loss of human life has been reported, they added.
The security personnel also reached the scene to launch an investigation into the matter and also to assist the rescue operation.
