PTI fields Yasmin Rashid as candidate in NA-120 by-polls
Yasmin was runner up in NA-120 during 2013 polls.
LAHORE (Roznama Dunya)- Dr. Yasmin Rashid will be Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s (PTI) candidate in by-polls from constituency NA-120 as an unanimous decision of Supreme Court (SC) has ousted Nawaz Sharif, reported Roznama Dunya.
“Imran Khan has given green signal to contest election from NA-120 constituency,” gleeful Rashid told Roznama Dunya.
She said, “I have continued my electoral campaign till date”.
Reportedly, Pakistan Peoples Party’s (PPP) former ticket holder Hafiz Zubair would also contest elections from the constituency.
It should be recalled that Rashid was runner up in aforementioned constituency against Nawaz Sharif. She secured over 50,000 votes.
