PM Nawaz performs Umrah with family
PM was received by General Presidency and Special Force for Security of the Holy Mosque.
JEDDAH (Web Desk) - Prime Minister (PM) Muhammad Nawaz Sharif, who is on a private visit to Saudi Arabia along with his family members, has performed Umrah.
Upon his arrival at Masjed-e-Nabvi, he was received by a number of officials of the General Presidency and Special Force for Security of the Holy Mosque. The premier will also pay respects at Roza-e-Rasool (Peace be upon Him).

Deputy Governor of Makkah region Prince Abdullah bin Abdulaziz welcomed PM Nawaz at King Abdulaziz Airport on his arrival.
Earlier on June 15, PM Nawaz had a three-hour long appearance before Joint Investigation Team (JIT), constituted to probe much-hyped Panama Leaks case, and submitted relevant documents.
Speaking to the media outside Federal Judicial Academy, PM Nawaz had said that he has accounted for every penny. “I have presented myself, government and family before JIT for trial.”
He said never before in the history of the country, three generations of a family were held accountable the way his family is being done. He said the present process of accountability has been extended to period beyond his birth.
PM said that his personal businesses have nothing to do with the national treasure as these allegations are on a personal level, adding that the opponents will be unsuccessful no matter how many conspiracies they hatch against him or his family.
