PTI MNA, MPA detained for storming PESCO office
The deputy commissioner let it be known that the situation is now under control
MALAKAND (Dunya News) – PTI MPA and MNA from Malakand were apprehended on charges of ransacking PESCO office in Batkhela, reported Dunya News on Saturday.
As per details, Malakand PTI MNA Junaid Akbar Khan and Adviser to the Chief Minister Khyber Pukhtunkhwa Shakeel Khan were detained by levies on charges of ransacking the PESCO Office situated in Batkhala area of district Malakand.
It was also confirmed by Deputy Commissioner Malakand Zafar Ali Khan that both the lawmakers have been arrested by the law enforcement officials.
The deputy commissioner let it be known that the situation is now under control and that the mob led by two parliamentarians stormed into PESCO Office.
Khan revealed that an FIR has also been registered against two PTI parliamentarians Member.
Zafar Ali Khan went on to say that PTI leaders were leading the mob that ransacked the PESCO office and office furniture and records were set ablaze during the protest against load-shedding.
