Panama case not to be decided by Imran: Maryam Aurangzeb
Info Minister says Panama case not the issue of masses, just a political issue for Imran Khan
ISLAMABAD: (Dunya News) – Federal Minister of State for Information Maryam Aurangzeb has on Tuesday said that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chief Imran Khan won’t be the one deciding Panama Leaks case. She said that it was a political issue for Imran as masses had no interest in Panama case, reported Dunya News.
In a statement, Maryam urged Imran Khan to leave Panama Leaks case to Supreme Court. She said that the evidence should have been provided in the court, and it was useless now to cry sitting in Bani Gala.
Maryam told Imran Khan to respond to Election Commission’s party funding issue and be ready for accountability if he was clean. She said that Imran must answer the question instead of abusing the institutions.
“Imran Khan is just testing the nation’s patience by his politics of lies and chaos. People have already rejected him due to such things”, she said.
She told Imran Khan to focus on Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) where his party was in power. She said that the people of Pakistan will see Imran Khan off in 2018 elections.
