Karachi: Fishermen catch 17-foot shark
The joint shark weighing around 3.5 tons will be auctioned at the Karachi Fish Harbour today
KARACHI (Dunya News) – According to Fishermen Cooperative Society, the fishermen caught the giant shark from deep waters in Kara area south of Karachi.
The fins and fats of the joint fish are considered very valuable while some of its body parts are used to make thread used in surgery.
The joint shark weighing around 3.5 tons will be auctioned at the Karachi Fish Harbour today (Thursday).
